Get Clear About What You Want

The first step to outsourcing is to get clear about what you need to get done. This means that you need to identify what you are good at and what needs to be outsourced, as well as what you are willing to pay to get the task completed. This will make it easier to communicate with outsourcing agents as there will be fewer communication difficulties. This will also mean that you can outsource what you hate doing and do more of what you love to do.
