Refund and Returns Policy for Four Life Pillars

Our commitment is to your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, our refund and returns policy provides you with options within 15 days of purchase.

Eligibility for Return:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. 

Non-Eligibility for Return:

We don’t offer refunds for downloadable products or goods.

Certain goods, such as perishable items, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or downloadable products and/or software, are exempt from returns. Gift cards and some health and personal care items are also non-returnable.

Receipt or Proof of Purchase:

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please refrain from sending the purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds:

Partial refunds may be granted under specific circumstances, including items with obvious signs of use, opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records, and items not in their original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds:

Sale Items:

Regular-priced items are eligible for refunds, but sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

Gifts:

Gifted items will result in a gift credit for the value of the return if marked as a gift during purchase. If not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

To return a product, mail it to: Ever Cool Media (Four Life Pillars, 8567 Coral Way #456, Miami, Fl 33155. Shipping costs are your responsibility, and they are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items.
